Returns & Exchanges Policy

At TenX Products, we stand by our promise of providing quality products that are built to work as hard as you do. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

 

General Return Window

  • Standard Return Period: We accept returns for eligible items within [30] days of the delivery date.

  • Warranty Returns: Defective or faulty products covered under a specific manufacturer's warranty may be processed outside of the standard return period. Please contact our support team for warranty claims.


 

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

  • Exceptions: Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.


 

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide Details: Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  3. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

  4. Package & Ship: Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and mail the item back to the address provided on the shipping label.

Note: Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.


 

Refunds and Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within [5 to 10] business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), TenX Products will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Standard Returns (Buyer's Remorse/Change of Mind): For non-defective returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.


 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size of work glove or key set), please initiate a standard return and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures the fastest service and availability of the replacement product.
